But first, this is not just another Neo Tantric workshop, let's do a super quick mention just as Cannabis, psilocybin has been used ceremonially use through the millenia!

Plant medicine has a rich historical and cultural significance, and its use can be traced back to ancient civilizations, including the period of the Vedas in India. In the Vedas, which are the oldest sacred texts of Hinduism (and the oldest religion on Earth) mentions the ingestion of Soma The nectar of Immortality” (Amrita) - Which gave Vedic worshippers at least a temporary taste of the Divine-. In the Vedas there is no specific mention of Soma being Cannabis or other psychotropic medicine (mushrooms).

Sacred Rituals

Psilocybin-containing mushrooms have been used in sacred rituals and ceremonies by various indigenous cultures for centuries. Here are a few examples:

Mesoamerican Cultures (Aztecs and Maya): Psilocybin mushrooms have a long history of use in Mesoamerican cultures. The Aztecs referred to them as teonanácatl, meaning "flesh of the gods." They were considered sacred and were used in religious ceremonies to induce altered states of consciousness, connect with the divine, and gain insights. The Maya are also believed to have used psychedelic mushrooms in their rituals.

Mazatec Culture (Oaxaca, Mexico): The Mazatec people of Oaxaca, Mexico, have a rich tradition of using psilocybin mushrooms, particularly the species Psilocybe cubensis. María Sabina, a Mazatec curandera (healer), gained international recognition for her role in introducing Westerners to the ceremonial use of psilocybin mushrooms.

Indigenous Peoples of Central Africa: Some indigenous groups in Central Africa have used psilocybin-containing mushrooms in their spiritual and healing practices. The use of these mushrooms has been documented among the Bwiti religion in Gabon, where they play a role in initiation ceremonies.

Ancient European Cultures: Some theories suggest that certain ancient European cultures may have used psychedelic mushrooms in their rituals (Amanita muscaria). However, direct historical evidence is limited.

“Safe to express in whatever way"

"Fabiola has the balance to communicate the spiritual realm in a grounded digestible way to allow my human body to understand things. Her Inner Matrimony workshop was not only a somatic experience of giving and receiving but it also tickled my logical brain by doing a worksheet on limiting and expansive beliefs we want to let go and receive.

The energy and passion she brings into the room is contagious yet at the same time felt very contained so that I felt safe to express in whatever way showed up. Her attention to detail was also noticed as her music playlist was a perfect compliment to her guided practice into the breath work we did. I would highly recommend her!"

-E.

"Is this what it feels like to belong?"

"Thanks to you for guiding me!

I went with zero expectations, but open to experiencing it!

Finally, finally, for a brief moment, my mind was blank, and when I realized it, I smiled! For that alone, it was worth it, but I liked EVERYTHING.

I didn't think it was an exercise to cry, that outcome never crossed my mind, however, I got carried away, and I was very surprised to open my eyes and see that there were several (if not all) wiping their eyes. So is this what it feels like to belong? WOW!!"

-B.

"My sex life is much better!"

"I applied the movement of the body and energy into my sex life, and is much better!

As a man, all the focus has always been in the lower chakras, with the body/hip movements, I feel more sensual and raised the energy to the heart! It was passionate, flowy and the best sex I've ever had!
