Terms and conditions

  1. Minimum Age Requirement:

    Participants must be at least 25 years old to attend the workshop.

  2. Legal Cannabis Consumption:

    By participating in this workshop, you confirm that cannabis consumption is legal in your jurisdiction.

  3. Personal Responsibility for Cannabis Use:

    You acknowledge and agree that you are undertaking the consumption of cannabis voluntarily and at your own risk.

    The workshop organizers, facilitators, and venue are not responsible for any legal consequences or health-related issues arising from your use of cannabis during or after the event.

  4. Health and Well-being:

    Attendees are responsible for assessing their own health and well-being before participating in the workshop, especially considering the potential effects of cannabis.

  5. Photography and Recordings:

    This workshop will be recorded, how ever there will be moments to ask to turn your camara off for privacy purposes. No pictures or screenshots allowed.

  6. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

    No refunds will be provided for cancellations.

  7. Workshop Changes:

    The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the workshop schedule, or content. Any significant changes will be communicated in advance.

  8. Code of Conduct:

    Participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct promoting a respectful and inclusive environment. Any disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the workshop without a refund.

  9. Assumption of Risk:

    By attending this workshop, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with the consumption of cannabis and participation in activities related to the event.

By signing up for the Sacred Sexuality & Cannabis Workshop, you acknowledge and understand that the facilitator Fabiola Pérez will offer support services to the best of their professional ability during the experience. In the event that the outcome does not meet your hopes or expectations, or if it proves to be aversive, you willingly waive your right to prosecute them for any perceived misconduct.

By registering for and attending the Sacred Sexuality & Cannabis Workshop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in your removal from the event without a refund.
