Non-duality = Infinite Potential = Consciousness & Infinite creative capacity!

Note: This text was originally channelled on Sep, 2022, I have edited it to share it with you one year later! I haven't channelled much since, how ever the day I did channelled this, I was in a space of deep gratitude and inspiration!

In order to experience non-duality in the physical body, it requires the integration of Duality first, without the rejection of any part. Once you do that you will be able to access non duality more easily. 

Non-duality is the nature of our soul, our spirit, is who we truly are, yet we need to be in a higher vibration to experience non duality. Practising being in higher vibrations/emotions such as gratitude, joy, bliss,  acceptance, will allow you to expand the “time” you stay in the non-dual state.

Gratitude and Joy is a great sensation you can start with, notice when you experience Joy, you experience Union & Love, true expansive love, not human attachment love. Love is non dual. 

Inspiration is another way to access it, keep getting inspired. Inspiration belongs to the space of non-duality since it is the root of creation. 

The purpose of experiencing non duality is to experience your own potential, knowing that you are an ever expansive being, without limitations, just like the Universe. 

Duality is one of the laws of the Universe, it is not exclusive to our reality, we can experience it because there are “bigger” ways to experience duality, we need the darkness to experience light. Just like within us, when darkness and light come into Union in the Universe, an explosion happens, and something completely new and bigger is created.

Just like the sperm and the egg, they both are composed of their own duality, and still dual to each other, and when they come together a new energy is formed, so in theory we are a product of duality becoming non-dual, just to become dual again. 

I invite you to start catching the moments when you feel full and cantered within yourself, the more we as individuals experience this space, the more the world around us will reflect it well. 

This image of Yin Yang with Mercury coming out from within came to me a few months ago during a Sacred Sexuality practice, and what Mercury/ Liquid silver represents later came in the Oracle deck The Wild Unknown Alchemy Deck by Kim Krans from a friend! Here is what it represents:

"Part Liquid and part metal, Quicksilver (also known as Mercury) is a mesmerizing material. Its gift is to slip between worlds. It cannot be pinned done or easily defined. Mercury came to symbolize the god Hermes and the great Hermetic secrets of Alchemy - always sliding away into secrecy, just beyond the Alchemist's gasp. It is said Mercury represents the transition between life and death, between science and the esoteric. It is the metal of sacred thresholds. Shamanic practitioners of every tradition must acquire the ability to stand at the doorway between worlds. This is no small feat."
