Do I need a partner to do this Masterclass?
No, All work will be done individually. If you are in a relationship, it's encouraged that you bring your partner with you or your partner also does it!
Do I need a private space to do this practice?
It would be ideal, yes.
So you can dive deep without hesitations or fears of being seen in your fullest!
If something comes up from past trauma, what do I do?
During the process of breathwork, we will work with it and transform it to the best of our ability, the recommendation would be to do the practice multiple times.
And also seek for support of a therapist.
